Great topping selection. Friendly staff. Got 2 wraps for 15.00. Chicken on both top & bottom of wrap. Kudos!

Place is way too busy for only one person to be working. Owner should hire more staff. I had to wait way too long for my food due to the fact they only had one person working!

This place makes authentic shawarma and rice in Hamilton. Not one of those knock offs that throw rotisserie chicken on a plate with white rice and hummus. Love coming here to eat! It's best to do takeout as there is only a few tables to dine in. The lady who prepares the food is very nice and fast!

By far the worst experience I've ever had.I purchased a falafel and a shawarma wrap today. I took one bite out of the shawarma and bit down on something hard. Ofcourse I spit it out only to find a tiny piece of metal, sharp on both edges in my food. Obviously we were not about to eat the falafel, not wanting to digest any metal so we went right back to the store. I calmly brought the lady to the back of the store to explain that we just wanted our money back. She claimed we couldn't get all of our money back, and she encouraged me to leave my review. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

This place is honestly the best shawarma place in town would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone the chicken special is my go-to this meal will definitely fill you up!

The food is fantastic and the person helping was a sweetheart but this location is way too understaffed and too busy for just one person. There was an hour wait. The managers should either have more workers or help out themselves.

We have been here many many times and will keep going back. It may be a small place but it has the best shawarma! Whether on a pita or as a chicken & rice special, it's delicious! So much flavour and the white sauce is so yummy. You can even buy the white sauce to take home (just in case you don't get enough in the store!) Have not tried many other items because we just love the shawarma too much. The staff is always very friendly and the food is so fresh and cooked while you wait. I highly recommend.

Thank the Lord I found this gem. Their Chicken & Rice Combo destroys the trash that others have. The chicken, the rice and the sauce are so good. The hot sauce and white sauce especially just makes me drool thinking about it. Highly recommended. My fiancee doesn't eat in Ajax anymore... She comes to Hamilton to eat at this place with me. Rather eat this then anything at a sit down restaurant at The Keg.

Had the lamb Shawarma. They were not cheap with the meat here. It was a pretty solid meal. Falafels are tasty here as well. Only sold in 6 or 12 configuration.

Great service, the lady tonight went above and beyond, I messed up my own order and she helped me out a lot. The boss or manager was awful, tried to give me burnt food, yelled at his employee, man take a YouTube course on how to run a business

This is my go to Falafel place in Hamilton! I consider myself somewhat of a Falafel expert and they make one of the freshest, most tasty falafel sandwiches around. Get it with their curried onions, amazing flavour. Awesome value as well, $8.00 with tip will get you the sandwich, small order of fries, and a canned drink.

Love me shawarmas.

Always get their chicken and rice combo with a salad. Never disappoints.

Great Shwarma Salad and Falafel

My favourite shawarma place hands down! Ladies that work the counter, are always really nice. Never had the steak but both the chicken and lamb are delicious. I recommend the chicken shawarma wrap. Its my favourite! Never been disappointed.

..worst place i have ever been ..lady had no gloves.. was serving breads and veggies with bare hands even in covid-19. When was asked to put gloves she started arguing. Never want to go there or recommend this place. NOT SAFE TO EAT AT THIS PLACE

the place is soo busy. Only one person works. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order!! Only one lady there she was trying her best to serve everyone but she was alone without any help. The owner should hire more people if he wants to keep his customers. I wont go there anymore I cant wait 40 min every single time I want to eat shawarma sandwich.

The service was really slow. The lady working was very nice. But the place was too busy for one person to work, it took me over 30 minutes to get a shawarma sandwich they need to hire a cashier and hire someone to make the sandwiches not have one person do all. I wouldn’t recommend going there and waiting that long for a sandwich. Very long wait. Will go else where to get a shawerma.

The price is decent, and so are the serving sizes, but the service is kind of slow, and I've had better-tasting food at a cheaper price elsewhere. Props for good manners, though.

Good food but the wait time to receive the food was excessive. They need to hire more help to assist the staff with the orders. There needs to be staff for processing orders and also ensuring precautionary measures are followed especially during Covid-19. Observed one staff member having to handle it all which was too much.

I come here at least once a week! This is the first place I’ve ever had shawarma and I fell in love with it. Ever since I discovered this food I tried out all the other shawarma places in Hamilton and St. Catherine’s and I have to say, not a single place can even compare or come close to this one. Best shawarma around. Best white sauce, best hot sauce, and best vegetables. The ladies here are insanely friendly too. I love this place!

Worst place ever to eat,No gloves on hand while making the shawarmas and putting vegetables with dirty hands. Which is totally unacceptable in these days because of covid-19. We asked her to put gloves but she was arguing with us.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

So i had a buddy tell me that this place is amazing and to go try it, so i walk in and the person in front of me pays for their food and walks out, and without washing any hands she grabbed my pita and was about to start cutting it open and when i asked if she could wash her hands she just kept nodding and smiling at me... so i stormed out as well as a few other did too, will never go back to this dirty place i dont care how good the food “tastes”

I love the food but the fact that I just paid $11.01 for a shawarma dinner that is $8.84 on the menu because I got "extra toppings" is bs.. all I got on my chicken and rice is white sauce, pickles and turnip.. so I guess pickles and turnips cost extra even though nowhere on the menu states that. Who wants to get a plain chicken and rice with only sauce?! C'mon!

Best chicken and rice dish in the city. They have been doing this for years, long before all these other chicken and rice places popped up. Great owners always nice and happy.

Wish I could give less than a 1 star, I had to wait 45 mins to get my food because the place was way to busy to have one person working. This poor lady was taking orders for a line till the end of the shop and preparing the food all on her own. Im surprised the owner didn't have anyone else working. For a small family business, the owner clearly doesn't care about his employees.

Ordered from this place using Uber Eats and received a chicken plate instead of the gyro I ordered. I called the restaurant to tell them we got the wrong food and the employee who picked up admitted she gave me the wrong order, and said that I can drive over to her and pick up a gyro if I still want it. RIDICULOUS! I paid for delivery and she wants me to drive over to her to correct the mistake they made, and was rude over the phone as well when I insisted they should be correcting the mistake they made, and not the customer. Thankfully Uber Eats refunded what I paid for that plate.Never ordering from here again. Give the customer what they pay for!

If you are ever in the stoney creek area this is the best shwarma place in my opinion. The shwarma wrap is my favorite and is always consistent with the flavors. Chkn b rice combo is always and great hit as well and is a generous amount.

I have been going to this location for years and can't say enough about the food. Prices are still good for what u get, quality is always great. Staff are always super friendly. If you have never been before give them a shot, food is better than many other chain style shawarma joints like Osmow's, Saffin/Sana Grill etc.

I agree with many other reviews that waiting over a half hour for a shawarma is not acceptable. Even when you order ahead, it is not made until you arrive jumping ahead of the walk in orders. I mentioned to the lady that she needs help and she said she prefers to work alone. The manager needs to make a change and have two staff on duty.

The resteraunt seems too busy to only have one employee working there, management should really think about hiring more staff.

This is by far the BEST shwarma place in Hamilton/Stoney Creek. The chicken shwarma plate is to die for.
